Shipping & Return Policy

1. Customs Duties

Please note that some countries may impose customs duties on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the store is not liable for any fees imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country.

2. Shipment Delays

We would like to clarify that delays in shipment delivery are sometimes beyond our control. We prepare and hand over orders to the shipping company within the specified time, and any delays thereafter are the responsibility of the courier service.

3. Incorrect Information

The store is not responsible for any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect contact details or shipping address provided by the customer.

4. Failure to Receive the Shipment

If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned to the store, the customer will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees and product costs are non-refundable in such cases.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or returned once the purchase has been completed.
